Maybe on the steps of Angelina Jolie’s example, Michael Jackson tried to adopt two children from Brazil.

But this was an attempted adoption. The details of this adoption were discussed in the legal court, in the trial that Jackson has with former associate Marc Schaffel. Marc sued Jacko for $3.8 million and claimed that the star tried to use him to succeed with the “transaction”.

It’s seems that there was a tape, that was not played in the court, with the recording of Jacko’s voice on the phone saying: “Get me two boys, no, get me a girl and a boy”. That is pretty explicit.

A source tells: “It sounds like someone asking you to run down to the store and get ice cream. He couldn’t make up his mind. He was also looking at 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds”.

Jacko’s plans started in 2002. Schaffel hired a Brazilian female attorney, who was aware she was working for Jackson, but she had roots in the adoption community there. The pop star sent a $300,000 payment out to Brazil in preparation for the adoption, but even so, the operation didn’t go ahead.
